Adult Yoga 6pm-7pm

Rive’s Adult Yoga class is a perfect mix! Suitable for all levels of fitness in a relaxed environment every Friday from 6pm-7pm.

Prenatal Yoga - 5pm-6pm

The changes your body can go through during pregnancy is just amazing but these changes can also be quite stressful as your body and mind adapts. Rive Pregnancy Yoga can help you relax, maintain fitness, improve sleep quality, reduce headaches & control breathing. Prenatal Yoga is every Friday from 5pm-6pm.

Teen Yoga 4.15pm - 5pm

Growing up, school demands and the craze of social media can leave any teenager feeling stressed. Sometimes competitive sports are not for some teenagers and do not ease the mind so well. Take 45 minutes out of your week for Teen Yoga at Rive every Friday 4.15-5pm.
